What this project is for

This site is a guided tutoring prototype for learning core module concepts. It is designed to help you explain ideas in your own words, ask focused questions, and build understanding step by step rather than just collecting a final answer.

What the Scaffolded Student Learning tutor does

  • keeps the session focused on the selected week or revision scope
  • supports concept explanation, small hints, examples, case studies, and knowledge-check/quiz questions
  • generates quiz questions at your prompt without immediately showing the answer key
  • may refuse final-answer, submission-ready, or unsafe requests
  • records study interactions and feedback for the research evaluation
Participant flow
  1. Read the guide and participant information.
  2. Create or sign in with your study username and password.
  3. Pick a week or Revision Week.
  4. Use the tutor, then complete the feedback form.
